1B: Leg Extension Machine 3 x 15 (55lbs)

2A: Chest Pull over (25lbs)

2B: Lat pull down machine 3 x 15 ( to be determined)

3A: Shoulder Press(overhead) 3 x 15 ( lbs)

3B: Bicep Curls (21`s) 3 x 21 (   lbs)

4A: Bicycle Crunches 3 x 25

4B: Feet over ball 3 x 25
