Supersets:

1A: Sumo deadlifts 3 x 15 (2 x 20lbs)

1B: Chest Flye on ball 3 X 15 (2 x 10lbs)

2A: Hip Extention 3 x 15 (25lbs)

2B: Bent over single arm row 3 x 15 each sideĀ  (20lbs)

3A: Bench incline 1 and half bicep curls 3 X 10 (2 x 15lbs)

3B: Standing Hammer Curl 3 x 10 ( 2 x 15lbs)

4A: Overhead Tricep Extension 3 x 15 ( 30lbs)

4B: Lateral Raise 3 x 10 ( 2 x 15lbs)

5A: Plank for 45 seconds

5B:Left sideĀ  plank 45 seconds

5C: Right side plank 45 seconds

do set 5 4 times.
