Full Body workout 1

Reverse Lunges  20 on each side (using 2 x 20LBS)

Push Ups  15

Assisted Pull Ups 15 with (145LB) meaning I am doing about 52lbs of work myself

Jumping Squats 15

Ab Wheel Roll Out 15

Bicep Curl (standing) 15  using 2x15LB weights

Tricep Extension (rope) 15 using 27.5Lbs

Complete this cycle 3 times.
